To edityou BAP and accept requests from backers for your shares, simply go to the BAP section and click on your BAP. Once you do this you will see the screen below.
The table on the right is the table you use to enter the names of those who back you together with the number of shares they purchase from you.
When backers respond to your BAP simply enter their name and the number of shares they want to buy and click ADD. Until they have sent the payment set the status to RESERVED change it to PAID when they have transfered the funds to you. If you need to edit any of the backers details simply change the details and click edit. If you need to delete one of your backers click DELETE. When you start playing your BAP change the staus to IN PROGRESS and when your BAP has been completed and you have sent any winnings to your backers change the status to SHIPPED.

The table on the left will give full details of your Bap. If you have made any mistakes when you input your BAP you can correct them now. Most times though you should not need to update this table unless you have a BAP which contains multiple events. Lets say your BAP is to fund 10 x $9 + 1 mtts. After each mtt you play you must enter the total amount of buyins you have played so far. So after you have played 1 mtt you enter $10 after 2 $20 and so on. You must also do exactly the same for the $ AMOUNT WON TO DATE. After each mtt enter your total winnings. For example lets say you have played 4 mtts. In the first one you did not cash so you enter 0. In the second you won $45 so you enter $45 in the third you won $55 so you enter $100 and so on. Updating you BAP straight after mtts played will make it easier for your backers to track your progress. Those who post BAPs and do not update them are unlikely to secure future backers.
