I just received ruling about a ban. Am absolutely not amused that u think to have the right to ask me to pay money out of my own pocket that I won apart from the stake. I wanted to pm addick but aparently I am not even allowed to pm anybody anymore? I want to have a good talk about this. Don't know how whilst I apparently can't pm anymore... This is the last time I am gonna explain my point. I did NOT put this tourney in the rail for it was on my own behalf. At that point the outcome of the tournament wasn't known so it's irrelevant what is the outcome. U put in in there so one can see that u play that tournament for the stake. Yesz i took a stake for a duration of two weeks, but already said I was not gonna start yet with the stake. In my opinion that doesn't mean I am not allowed to play for myself. I decide when to play with MY own money isn't it. I took the stake to do some riskmanagement, but decided against it for the time period and me not being sure how much i can play due to work. I told upfront I was not going to start straightaway and did't deceive anyone whatsoever. Am not willing to pay this money so what now?

Sorry that you feel that way, but qwertyuiop posted a private stake for you to play those specific games, you accepted that stake, from the moment that the funds were recieved in your account any of those specific games that were played were for this stake.
You can't simply play a game that is covered by that stake win it and then say that because its not in the rail thread it's not covered, you had qwertyuiop's money in your pokerstars account to play those games.
Also the timing of ending the stake as soon as you hit your win stinks tbh, you say that you are not going to pay qwertyuiop his share even though an admin has ruled that you are liable for that amount and what happens now, well you will stay on the "not to be staked (RA)" user group until qwertyuiop recieves his share of the stake which basically means that you are restricted to this part of the site.
I honestly hope that you realise what you are doing by withholding his share of the stake, we have relationships with all the other staking sites on the net so you will find it very hard, if not impossible to ever be staked to play again.
TBH I think that you are giving up a awful lot of value by withholding qwertyuiop's share but that is your decision.

I am not sure what to do yet. You are talking about his share as if the stake had already started. I told him i wasn't gonna start straightaway... If I start I put the first tourney in the rail. I specifically said, I quote: Am going to start tomorrow or the day after and we agreed to making a rail as usual. Check the rail I made it is totally empty... It would indeed be a shame cause I like using this site. Was actually checking it out mostly to start staking people. I can perfectly play with my own bankroll which will not be a surprise if u look up my stats. This is not about the money. I just feel that I am right...

Bold 1 The admins on the site have ruled that this stake had already started.
Bold 2 The stake was accepted by yourself the day BEFORE you played the tournament, IMO this makes the game played tomorrow.
Bold 3 I am sorry but on this occasion you may feel that you are right, but in our opinion you are 100% wrong.
I can appreciate your quick response and will take some time to think it over. Am not sure yet as to what to do. I will keep in contact.

Irish, as an independent member who belongs to just about every staking site that is open, I will tell you these admins have ruled EXACTLY like every single site will have ruled. You can not accept a persons money, play the exact Game the money is for, win the game, and then say that was not for the stake.
I truly hope you decide to pay the staker for his share, otherwise, no matter your real reasoning, it looks like you are attempting to outright steal from the nice people who were willing to give you money. Do not ruin your whole online reputation trying to rip someone off for $100 please.
