I really don't know how you can say in any way that this is not part of our stake. You took a stake for 4.40 180 mans. You played a 4.40 180 man while you were on that stake, but that one doesn't count. How in the world does it not count? It's within the BR guidelines. It was played after you tool the stake. Obviously I wasn't looking at games played outside our BR guidelines. When I give a stake I am buying all your action for a time period for certain games. Win or lose. Whether you update your rail or not. I really can't think of any stake anywhere ever that you can play some games on your roll and some games for the staker, just pick and choose.

I was willing to chalk it all up to an honest accident, but there's no denying that the game fell well within our guidelines, was played well after the start of our stake.

Even if the preposterous above is true. You shipped and closed out ur stake MINUTES after you took down that tournament. I checked the start and end times. It ends and then 9 minutes later, I get a pm from you saying you can't play. Even given the above, you didn't even mention this tourney you took down "on your own dime" just minutes before?

Honestly, who would believe this?

Have placed Irishshark 'under investigation' while I review what has gone on.
Apologies. The above was a pm I thought I'd sent. I won't change it since I don' t want to be tampering with these messages but I'll outline all the facts below. For simplicity's sake I will be putting all these in my own time zone PDT, which is GMT + 8.

Irishshark ends the stake at 9:49 AM and sends me a pm saying she can't play for it
At this point. I SSed her to double check she hadn't played. She had played 1 game and taken it down. The game was played 20 hours after our stake started and was within the BR guidelines. She made no mention of playing the game when closing it out. After this there were a bunch of pms where she keeps giving me excuses, I keep shooting them down. Her latest one is that that was on her own dime and if she had played it for me, it would be in the rail. I'm pretty sure you don't get to pick and choose which games you play for your staker. I've forwarded all pms to sax as I don't wish to post them here in the public forum.

Given that 1st place pays 216.
216-4.40 = 211.60 profit x .6 = 126.96. I have been rolled for that amount.

The original stake was shipped back to me.
Any questions/concerns I will be checking this thread
qwertyuiop when i run a stake for someone i enter the tourney id before i play it into the rail thread, tell any of your runners to do this in future and then they cant argue,, its happened to me before ive staked someone for a game and they have ran 8 at a time and just picked 1 at random once started to use for the stake
That's exactly what I do too and as I already told him I wasn't gonna start yet and didn't put the tourney u are talking about in the rail as i always do it wasn't for the accepted stake yet! U put it in the rail for the exact reason that u don't know the outcome yet, so if u win both u and the staker know that u won... I did not put this tourney in the rail for I had told you i wasn't gonna start straight away. And u woulda seen the first one I played for u in the rail, tournament id and start hand...
